Terms & conditions

These terms apply to quotes, work and operated cherry picker hire provided by Elevation High Access Services, Stoke Avenue, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 4PH.

Quotes and site visits

Quotes are free. Site visits just to look at a job are free. If the machine is needed for a closer inspection, the minimum hire charge applies.

Payment

A deposit and stage payments may be required on bigger jobs. Any deposit will be agreed in writing before work starts.

Access and ground conditions

Every job is assessed before the machine is set up. Ground conditions must be suitable. If it is not safe to set up, the work may need to be rescheduled or carried out another way.

Operated hire

The cherry picker is always operated by Elevation High Access Services. It is not available for self-drive hire. Travel is included if the job isn't too far away; otherwise it depends on location.

Guarantee

Maintenance and repair jobs carry a 5-year guarantee and full installations a 10-year guarantee. The guarantee covers faults caused by material failure or improper installation. It does not cover damage caused by lack of care (for example, uncleaned gutters causing excess weight in the gutter run) or extreme weather. Cleaning, painting, surveys and cherry picker hire are not covered.
